Roasted Green Beans with Bacon

This no-fuss dish makes a great side for any meal. Just toss all the ingredients together and roast on the Traeger–as the bacon fat renders, it infuses the green beans with savory flavor.

- green beans, ends trimmed
- 4
- strips of bacon, chopped
- 4 Tablespoon
- olive oil
- 2 Clove
- garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon

Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
On a rimmed baking sheet, toss together the green beans, bacon, olive oil, garlic, and salt until well combined. Spread in an even layer.

Place the baking sheet on the grill grates, close the lid, and roast until the bacon is crispy and beans are lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
