Return & Refunds Policy

Traeger is more than just a grill. It’s a way of bringing people together, crafting unforgettable meals, and creating lifelong memories over great food and great flavor. We stand behind every product sold. If you are unsatisfied with your shopping experience, you may request a full refund within 45 days of purchase for any unused products, minus applicable fees. For items purchased from retail dealers, their policy applies—reach out to them directly for details.


RETURN POLICY DETAILS

Policy Effective May 1st, 2024

We accept returns only on items purchased directly through Traeger Grills via phone, sponsored event, or our website: traeger.com. You can return your product(s) up to 45 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on pellets, sauces, or rubs. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.

A refund for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable return freight and/or restocking fees, will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. Detailed information on fees related to returned grills can be found below. If your original form of payment is no longer active, we will send a check within 30 days. If you took advantage of Traeger EZ-Pay, the payment plan will be cancelled upon receipt of the product and any installment payments, less applicable fees, will be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless in the instance of a refused delivery. In this instance, a freight charge of $350 on all full-size grills and griddles and $100 on portable size grills, will be deducted from the refunded value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 45 days from the original date of shipment.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 45 days of the original date of shipment.

They are available 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Mountain Time. This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Traeger Grills via phone, sponsored event, or website. If you made your purchase through an authorized Traeger Dealer, please contact the dealer directly for information regarding their return policy.


APPLICABLE FEES

Return Freight Fees will apply to any grill or griddle where the consumer refuses delivery of the product for any reason other than damage. If damage is apparent, you’ll need to document it with photos to provide to our customer service team. Fees are applied by grill or griddle model. All full-size grills and griddles will incur a $350 Return Freight charge. All portable size grills (Ranger and Tailgater) will incur a $100 Return Freight charge.

All returned grills and griddles are subject to a Restocking Fee, regardless of if you have accepted delivery of the grill or refused delivery and had it sent back with the carrier. All full-size grills and griddles will incur a $150 Restocking Fee; all portable grills (Ranger and Tailgater) will incur a $50 Restocking fee. Restocking Fees are in addition the Return Freight charge.

The applicable fees will be deducted from the original transaction amount.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that people sometimes change their minds or may inadvertently confirm an unapproved purchase. If you place your order online and decide it’s not for you, please give our Customer Service department a call at 1-800-TRAEGER (1-800-872-3437) within 24 hours of purchasing. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, the purchase will fall under our return policy, subject to applicable fees
