Smoked BLT Sandwich

Traeger smoked bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Pile this classic as high as you want and when in doubt, add more bacon.

Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place the bacon slices directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook until crispy, 15-20 minutes.

Remove the bacon from the grill. To build the sandwich, spread mayonnaise on one side of the toast. Layer lettuce leaves, tomatoes, bacon, and top with another piece of toast. Enjoy!
