Crack open the wood-fired flavor with the king of all crab recipes. Fresh king crab legs are smoked directly on the grill and drenched in a homemade BBQ and butter sauce for a smokin' take on this seafood favorite.
Ingredients

4 Whole | crab legs |
4 Tablespoon | unsalted butter, melted |
1/2 Cup | Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce |
1 Tablespoon | Traeger Fin & Feather Rub |
To Taste | kosher salt |
To Taste | freshly ground black pepper |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 250℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place the crab legs directly on the grill grates. Close the lid and smoke for 20 minutes.

While the crab is smoking, make the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ sauce, Traeger Fin & Feather Rub, salt, and pepper.

Brush the crab legs with the BBQ sauce mixture, reserving the remaining sauce for serving. Close the lid and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, until the sauce sets.

Remove the crab legs from the grill and serve with the remaining sauce. Enjoy!
