Holiday flavors don’t get much more classic than this sweet & salty honey glazed ham. Scored in a cross-hatch pattern to allow the honey and clove glaze to seep into the cracks for extra flavor, this honey baked ham is an instant favorite.

1/4 Cup | dark corn syrup |
1 Cup | honey |

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 325℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Line a high-walled baking dish with foil.

Score the ham in a cross-hatch pattern, spacing the cuts about 3/4-inch apart. Rub the butter all over the ham, then insert the cloves between the cross-hatch marks, spacing evenly. Place the ham in the prepared pan.

In a glass liquid measuring cup, combine the corn syrup and honey (warm in the microwave to combine, if needed). Pour three-quarters of the glaze over ham.

Place the baking dish on the grill grates. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the ham, avoiding the bone. Close the lid and bake, basting the ham with the remaining honey glaze every 20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F, 1 1/2-2 hours.

Remove the honey glazed ham from the grill and let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Enjoy!
