Beat the heat with this summer treat. Fresh-cut grilled watermelon is doused with fresh squeezed lime and finished with smoked chili salt for the perfect kick.

2 Whole | limes, juiced |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500° and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Brush watermelon wedges with olive oil and place directly on hot grill grate. Grill 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once until grill marks develop.

While watermelon is grilling, pulse salt and red pepper flakes in a spice grinder until combined.

Remove watermelon from the grill and squeeze lime juice over the top. Sprinkle with chili salt and serve. Enjoy!
