1/2 Cup | butter |
5 Stalk | celery |
1 Large | onion, sliced |
3/4 Teaspoon | Jacobsen Salt Co. Pure Kosher Sea Salt |

1 Teaspoon | chopped sage |
1 Can | chicken broth |
1/2 Cup | water |
2 | White Bread, sliced firm |
1/2 Cup | fresh parsley |

Steps
Step 1
When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2
In 12-inch skillet, melt margarine or butter over medium heat. Add celery and onion, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 3
Stir in thyme, salt, pepper, sage, chicken broth, and 1/2 cup water; remove skillet from heat.

Step 4
Place bread cubes in very large bowl. Add celery mixture and parsley; toss to mix well.

1/2 Cup fresh parsley

Spoon stuffing into 13-inch by 9-inch glass baking dish; cover with foil and bake 40 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
