Smoked Irish Coffee

Start off your day with wood-fired flavor by pouring up a Smoked Irish Coffee. Fresh coffee, smoked whipped cream and a couple shots of your favorite Irish whiskey are all you’ll need.

10 Ounce | hot coffee |
1/2 Cup | heavy cream |
1 Tablespoon | sugar |
4 Ounce | Irish whiskey |
As Needed | freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish (optional) |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Place the coffee and cream in separate shallow baking dishes and place both directly on the grill grate. Smoke for 10 to 15 minutes until the liquids pick up a slight smoke flavor.

Ingredients
10 Ounce hot coffee
1/2 Cup heavy cream
Step 3
Remove from the grill and cool the cream. When the cream is cool, add sugar and whip in a stand mixer or by hand to soft peaks.

Pour the hot coffee into two mugs then add 2 ounces of whiskey to each.

Top with smoked whipped cream and finish with freshly grated nutmeg, if desired. Enjoy!
