Cool down your hot summer nights with this refreshing recipe. Smoked ice meets fresh mint, lime juice, and rum for an icy cocktail you won't be able to put down.

1 Cup | white rum |
1/2 Cup | fresh squeezed lime juice |
1/4 Cup | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
12 | fresh mint leaves |
4 Sprig | fresh mint, for garnish |
4 | lime wedges, for garnish |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

For smoked ice: Pour 3 cups of water into a metal high-sided pan. Place pan on grill and smoke water for 30 minutes.

Remove water from the grill and pour smoked water into ice cube trays. Place in freezer until frozen.

Add rum, lime juice, Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup, mint leaves, and smoked ice to a blender.

Blend into a slushy consistency and pour into glasses.

Garnish each with a mint sprig and lime wedge. Enjoy!
