Introducing a new twist on a cozy, fall classic. Cider is mixed with our special blend of spices, then gets slow smoked on the Traeger for a flavorful infusion that takes this recipe over the top.

2 | cinnamon sticks |
4 | whole cloves |
3 | star anise |
2 Pieces | orange peel |
2 Pieces | lemon peel |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 225˚F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Combine the cider, cinnamon stick, star anise, clove, lemon and orange peel in a shallow baking dish.

Place directly on the grill grate and smoke for 30 minutes. Remove from grill, strain and transfer to four mugs.
