When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat lid closed for 15 minutes.

Trim pork loin of any unwanted silverskin or fat. Using a sharp knife, cut pork loin lengthwise into 4 long strips.

Lay pork flat, then season with salt, pepper and Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Flip the pork strips over and layer bacon on the unseasoned side.

Begin tightly rolling the pork strips, with bacon being rolled up on the inside.

Secure a skewer all the way through the pork roll to secure it in place. Set the pork rolls down on the grill grate and cook for 15 minutes.

Brush Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce over the pork. Turn each skewer over then coat the other side.

Let pork cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your pork. Enjoy!
