1/4 Cup | brown sugar |
1/2 Stick | butter, melted |
1 Teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
1/4 Teaspoon | ground nutmeg |
Pinch | ground cloves |

Step 1
When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

In a shallow baking dish, combine 2 cups water with all ingredients except for the rum and place directly on the grill grate. Smoke for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Remove from the grill and pour into the pitcher of a blender. Process until somewhat frothy.
Step 4
Pour 1.5 ounces of rum each into 4 glasses. Split the hot butter mixture evenly between the four glasses.
