2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
As Needed Traeger Prime Rib Rub
2 (16-20 oz) porterhouse steaks, at least 1-1/2 inch thick

2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, whisk until smooth.

    Brush mixture on both sides of the steaks with a pastry brush. Season the steaks on both sides with Traeger Prime Rib Rub.

    When grill is to temperature, arrange the steaks on the grill grate and cook for 30 minutes.

    With tongs, transfer the steaks to a platter and increase the temperature to 450°

    When grill reaches 450°, return the steaks to the grill grate and grill until your desired degree of doneness. 130°F for medium-rare, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

    Baste with the butter Worcestershire sauce mixture once more if desired.

    Let rest for 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
