Traeger’s Smoked Daiquiri features freshly grilled limes which give this rum-based daiquiri a truly unique flavor profile.

1 | limes, sliced |
1 Tablespoon | granulated sugar |
1 1/2 Ounce | rum |
1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
3/4 Ounce | lime juice |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Toss the lime slices with granulated sugar and place directly on the grill grate. Cook 20-25 minutes or until grill marks form. Remove from grill and cool.

In a mixing glass add rum, Traeger Simple Syrup, and fresh lime juice. Add ice to the mixing glass and shake. Strain contents into a chilled glass.

Garnish with a grilled lime wheel. Enjoy!
