Light, bright, and bubbly, all you need for this cocktail is a little gin, juice, smoked simple syrup and champagne.

1 | grilled lemon slice, for garnish |
1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
1 1/2 Ounce | gin |
1/2 Ounce | Fresh lemon juice |
3 Ounce | Champagne |
Step 1
For the grilled lemon: When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500° and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Brush lemon with Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup and place lemon directly on grill grate. Grill until caramelized marks appear, about 15 minutes on each side.

Step 3
Add gin, lemon juice and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute.

Step 4
Top off with champagne and garnish with the grilled lemon. Enjoy!
