Made with fresh crab, this rich Traeger-baked dip includes a touch of wood-fired flavor.

1/3 Cup | mayonnaise |
3 Ounce | sour cream |
1 Teaspoon | smoked paprika |
1/4 Teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
1 1/2 Pound | lump crab meat |
To Taste | salt and pepper |
As Needed | scallions, chopped |
As Needed | butter crackers |
Step 1
When ready to cook, start the Traeger and set temperature to 350 degrees F. Preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2
Meanwhile, in a large bowl gently stir together all of the ingredients except the crackers, garnish scallions and the crab meat until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
3 Ounce sour cream
1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Pound lump crab meat
To Taste salt and pepper
Step 3
Season to taste and transfer to an oven-safe serving dish.
Step 4
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish with the additional chopped scallions and serve warm with butter crackers. Enjoy!
