This cocktail is simple and simply good. Champagne meets smoked simple syrup and Guinness to create a smokin' rich sip.

3 Ounce | extra brut Champagne |
1/4 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |
3 Ounce | Guinness Extra Stout |

Pour the well chilled Champagne and Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup into a chilled flute.

Carefully layer the Guinness on top of the Champagne by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon. No garnish. Enjoy!
