Crisp, cheesy dill pickle chips cooked on a griddle make a fun snack on their own and pair perfectly with burgers, dogs, sausages, and brats. They’re so good, you may need to double or triple the recipe.

1 Tablespoon | apple cider vinegar |
2 Teaspoon | |
2 Teaspoon |
1 Cup | grated Parmesan cheese |

Make the sauce: Combine all the sauce ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve and for up to 5 days.

2 Tablespoon pickle relish
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 Teaspoon Traeger Burger Rub
2 Teaspoon Traeger Original Hot Sauce

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or foil for easy cleanup and place a wire rack on it. Have that and a thin spatula handy near the grill. Preheat 2 adjacent zones on the flat top to medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place a few piles of 1 Tbsp cheese on the griddle. Top each with a pickle and a light sprinkling of burger rub. Repeat until you have used all the cheese and pickles.
1 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Cup dill pickle chips, drained and patted dry
Step 4
When the cheese is melted and browned, use the spatula to transfer the pickle chips to the wire rack.
Step 5
Let the chips cool slightly, then transfer to a serving dish and serve with the sauce. Enjoy!
