This simple recipe just needs Maker’s Mark, grapefruit juice and Traeger Smoked Syrup to put a fire in your belly.

1 Sprig | smoked sage, for garnish |
2 Ounce | Maker's Mark Bourbon |
1 Ounce | grapefruit juice |
1/2 Ounce | smoked simple syrup (homemade or store-bought) |

When ready to cook, set temperature to 400°F and preheat lid closed, for 15 minutes.

Place sage sprig directly on the grill grate and in hottest spot on the grill (usually right on the edges). Cook a few minutes or until the edges of the sage are lightly browned and crisp. Remove from grill and set aside.

Build cocktail in a chilled copper mule mug then fill with pebble ice.

Garnish with a sprig of smoked sage. Enjoy!
