Score big with this chicken. These wings and thighs are generously seasoned with our Chicken Rub, giving them some citrus spice, then smoked over sweet cherry wood for some deep dark meat flavor.

Place the chicken thighs and wings in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and Traeger Chicken Rub and toss well to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-8 hours.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 375℉ and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place the chicken directly on the grill grates. Insert the probe into the thickest part of a chicken thigh, avoiding the bone. Close the lid and cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F, but preferably 175-180°F for the best texture, about 45 minutes.
