Make it a triple. Ground beef and bacon patties are stuffed with three different cheeses and topped with more bacon for a burger you'll melt for. If you can't find ground bacon at your supermarket, grind it yourself in a meat grinder or food processor.

If you have the Traeger ModiFIRE® Sear Grate, place it on the left side of the grill flat side up. Preheat the Traeger with the lid closed to 350°F; this will take about 15 minutes.

Place the bacon strips on the Sear Grate or on the regular grill grates. Close the lid and cook until the bacon is crisped to your liking, about 20 minutes.

Remove the sliced bacon from the grill and set it aside. Increase the Traeger temperature to 450˚F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile. in a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground bacon, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, about 1/4-inch-thick. Press one each of the different types of cheese cubes into the center of 4 of the patties. Top with the remaining 4 patties and pinch the sides to enclose the cheese.

Place the burgers directly on the Sear Grate or regular grill grates. Close the lid, and cook, until nicely seared on one side, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness.

If desired, place the buns cut-side-down directly on the grill grates to toast for 1 minute.

Remove the burgers and buns from the grill. Place the burgers on the buns and top with the bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickle. Top with your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
