    Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs

    8 Ounce Block Colby or Cheddar Cheese
    8 Whole hot dogs
    8 Slices Thin-cut bacon
    Ketchup, for serving
    To Taste Relish, for serving, optional
    mustard, for serving

      When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

      Using a sharp knife on a cutting board, slice the cheese into eight long strips. Slice the hot dogs lengthwise, leaving a "hinge" on one side, and tuck a piece of cheese into each.

      Wrap a slice of bacon in a spiral fashion around each hot dog and secure with toothpicks.

      Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bacon has crisped up.

      Remove the hot dogs from the grill. Transfer to the buns and serve immediately with ketchup, mustard, and relish, as desired. Enjoy!
