Beat the heat with this summer treat. Fresh cut grilled watermelon doused with fresh squeezed lime and finished with smoked chili salt for the perfect kick.

2 Tablespoon | olive oil |
2 Tablespoon | kosher salt |
1/4 Teaspoon | red pepper flakes |
2 Whole | limes |

When ready to cook, set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.

Brush watermelon wedges with olive oil and place directly on a smoking hot grill grate. Grill 15-20 minutes flipping once until grill marks develop.

While watermelon is grilling, pulse salt and red pepper flakes in a spice grinder until combined.

Remove watermelon from the grill and squeeze lime juice over the top. Sprinkle with chili salt and serve. Enjoy!
