Turn brussels sprouts into a delectable sweet & spicy side dish by roasting them with flavorful hardwood smoke & dousing them with Thai chili glaze.

Start the Traeger grill and set the temperature to 350 degrees F. Allow the grill to preheat for 10-15 minutes.

Spread the halved brussel sprouts in a single layer on a lined cookie sheet. Drizzle with the oil and toss to coat.

Sprinkle the brussel sprouts evenly with an Asian BBQ rub and put the cookie sheet on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Toss the brussels sprouts in the Thai Chili Sauce and return to the grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the sprouts are crisp-tender.
