If you like heat and sweet, then this burger has your name all over it. Load your buns with a juicy, grilled beef patty, pineapple, swiss cheese and none other than spam for a burger that'll take you to paradise.

4 Slices | Spam |
4 Slices | pineapple |

In a medium bowl combine ground beef, salt and black pepper and mix with hands to combine. Form into four 1/3 pound patties.

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Grill burgers on High for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature registers 130℉ for medium rare. Top burgers with cheese in the last minute or so to melt. Remove from grill and set aside to rest.

Place spam and pineapple on the grill and cook, flipping occasionally until warmed through and lightly browned. Place another slice of cheese on spam and continue to cook until melted.

Toast English muffins on grill. Place bottom buns on a cutting board. Top with a slice of pineapple. Add burger patty and top with SPAM. Top with Sriracha mayonnaise, then close burger. Serve immediately, enjoy!
