This Deep Dish Supreme Pizza is loaded with pepperoni, sausage, onions, and peppers, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in a cast iron skillet on the grill.

10 Ounce | pizza dough |
1/2 Cup | pizza sauce |
2 Cup | mozzarella cheese |
To Taste | Parmesan cheese |
1 Teaspoon | fresh oregano |
1 Teaspoon | Basil, fresh |
1/2 Pound | Mild Italian Sausage |
1 Half | Bell Pepper, Green |
2 Tablespoon | onion, diced |
1 Half | Bell Pepper, Red |
To Taste | Mushrooms, fresh |
To Taste | Pepperoni, sliced |
To Taste | black olives |

When ready to cook, set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Coat a 10 to 12-inch cast iron pan with extra virgin olive oil. Add your dough to the pan and press out through the bottom and up around the sides.

To assemble the pizza, spread sauce on top of dough and add all toppings. Add mozzarella and fresh grated parmesan on top and sprinkle with oregano and basil.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese and sauce is bubbling.
