Create a steakhouse quality burger in your own backyard. We’re taking top-of-the-line Wagyu beef and infusing it with our signature wood-fired flavor for an elevated take on a household staple.

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Form six burger patties and season liberally with salt and pepper.

When the grill is hot, place burger patties directly on the grill grate and cook for 4 minutes.

Flip the burgers and cook for 4 minutes longer (for a medium burger, adjust cook time to your desired doneness), topping each with cheese in the last minute of cooking.

Remove from grill and let rest 2 minutes.

Build your burger with butter lettuce, heirloom tomato and red onion along with any desired condiments. Enjoy!
