You'll go nuts for these sweet and spicy cashews. Red pepper chili flakes, fresh rosemary, and Smoked Simple Syrup make for one addictive snack.

1/2 Tablespoon | fresh rosemary |
1 Teaspoon | red pepper flakes |

When ready to cook, set temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

In a small bowl combine sambal, simple syrup, lemon zest, rosemary, red pepper flakes, and cayenne. Pour mixture over cashews and toss to coat.

Spread cashews out on a sheet tray and place directly on the grill grate. Cook nuts for 1-hour stirring occasionally.
