When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 275°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Generously rub pork chops with Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Place pork chops directly on the grate and cook for 30 minutes, flip and cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove pork chops from grill and increase the grill temperature to 500°F.

When the grill is hot, place the pork chops back on the grill for 3 minutes each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
