Roasted sweet and potent garlic fires up moist on the inside with a crisp & savory skin. Garlic chicken is simply zesty.

2 Pound | chicken wings |
As Needed | salt and pepper |
2 Tablespoon | olive oil |
1/2 Cup | mayonnaise |
1 Tablespoon | Parmesan cheese |
1/2 Teaspoon | Basil, fresh |
1/2 Teaspoon | dried oregano |
1 Tablespoon | Corn Syrup |
1 Teaspoon | lemon juice |

When ready to cook, start temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place garlic in foil; add chicken on top. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Seal foil edges.

Place sealed foil packet on grill; cook for 30 minutes. Halfway through flip the chicken.

Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl; combine. Once the roasted garlic is done, add 6 cloves to the sauce. Add more as desired.

Serve chicken with sauce on top. Enjoy!
