This fruit will be your new summer go-to. Brushed with a brown sugar-honey glaze and grilled on the Traeger, it’s perfect to serve as a side, over ice cream, or even in a cocktail.

1 Whole | pineapple, peeled |
1 Cup | honey |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500˚F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Coat pineapple well with the mixture.

Drizzle pineapple with honey and coat well.

Place pineapple directly on the grill grate and cook for 30 minutes rotating occasionally.

Remove from grill and drizzle with additional honey if desired. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
