We're adding smokin' sweetness to this mule. Strawberries are grilled and shaken with vodka, smoked syrup, lemon juice, ginger beer and served over crushed ice for a tangy, sweet treat of a drink.

1 1/2 Ounce | vodka |
1/2 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
1/2 Ounce | lemon juice |
3 Ounce | ginger beer |
As Needed | fresh mint leaves |
Step 1
When ready to cook, set the temperature to 400 degrees F and preheat for 10-15 minutes. Place strawberries directly on the grill grate and cook 15 minutes or until grill marks appear.

For the cocktail: Add vodka, grilled strawberries, Traeger Simple Syrup and lemon juice to a shaker. Shake vigorously.
1 1/2 Ounce vodka
1/2 Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup
1/2 Ounce lemon juice
Step 3
Double strain into fresh glass or copper mug with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with extra grilled strawberries and fresh mint. Enjoy!
