1 Tablespoon Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup
2 Ounce water
1 Cup agave
2 Ounce pineapple juice
2 Ounce orange juice
3 Slices Kiwi Fruit

2 Ounce Rum
As Needed Italian Cherry

    When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 325 degrees F and preheat, lid closed 10-15 minutes.

    Cut strawberries in half and coat in granulated sugar. Place directly on grill and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove from grill, set aside and cool.

    For the Burnt Orange Agave: Cut 1 orange into wheels. Coat the orange wheels with 1 Tbsp Traeger Simple Syrup and grill until it acquires a slight char on the outside. Reduce the temperature setting to Smoke and let cool 10-15 minutes.

    Thin 1 cup agave with 2 oz water. Steep the burnt chard oranges in the agave on Smoke for 45 to 60 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.

    Smoked Juice: Pour equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice and pineapple juice into a shallow sheet pan. Place the sheet pan directly on the grill grate and smoke 45 minutes. Remove from grill, set aside and cool.

    In a mixing glass add burnt orange agave, slices of kiwi, and grilled strawberries. Muddle lightly. Add ice, rum and smoked juice. Shake and double strain over ice.

    Garnish with a grilled pineapple and Italian cherry on a skewer. Enjoy!
