As an accomplished angler and co-captain of Gatecrasher Fishing Adventures, Virginia Salvador spends her days reeling in her next catch. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Virginia also has a background as a biologist and published scientist. When she’s not on the water, you’ll find her creating memories and mouthwatering meals with her two sons.

While cooking chicken breasts can be challenging at times to cook, I’ve had a lot of trial and error cooking them but after a lot of trial and error, it’s one of my favourite things to grill.
