Don't be fooled by the name, smoked pineapple and orange juice, mixed with two types of rum make this cocktail as lively as they come.

1 Fluid Ouncewhite rum

1 Orange, grilled
1 Pineapple, grilled
1 Cherry, grilled

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke.

    180 ˚F / 82 ˚C

  • Step 2

    Smoked Orange and Pineapple Juice: Pour equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice and pineapple juice into a shallow sheet pan and smoke for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool.

    Super Smoke

    Ingredients
    • 3 Fluid Ounce Fresh Orange & Pineapple Juice

  • Step 3

    Add dark and light rums, 3 oz smoked orange and pineapple juice, the lime juice and Traeger Simple Syrup to a mixing glass.

    • 1 Fluid Ounce white rum

    • 1 Fluid Ounce Rum

    • 1 Fluid Ounce lime juice

    • 1/2 Fluid Ounce Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup

  • Step 4

    Add ice, shake and strain over clean ice in a Tikki glass.

  • Step 5

    Garnish with a grilled orange, pineapple and cherry skewer. Enjoy!
