Pour up some smoky and fruity flavor with Traeger’s Smoked Sangria recipe. Start by smoking Grand Marnier, simple syrup and cranberries directly on the grill grate. Then add apples, limes and cinnamon sticks with red wine to bring it all together.

1 Cup | Cranberries, fresh |
1 Whole | apple, sliced |
2 Whole | limes, sliced |
4 | cinnamon stick |
1 Bottle | red wine |

When ready to cook, set temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

In a shallow dish combine the Grand Marnier, Traeger Simple Syrup and cranberries and place directly on the grill grate.

Smoke for 30-45 minutes or until the liquid picks up desired about of smoke. Remove from grill and place in the fridge to cool.

When the mixture has cooled, place in a large pitcher with red wine. Add sliced apples, limes, cinnamon sticks and ice to pitcher.

Top with soda water if desired. Enjoy!
