These cuts have got some serious chops. Blackened Saskatchewan Rub, a little salt and pepper and some hickory wood-fired flavor take these pork chops to the top.

To Taste Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
To Taste kosher or sea salt

    Rub salt and Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub into pork chops.

    When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 450℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

    Place pork chops directly on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes flipping once halfway through.
