Finish off your steaks with a rich, homemade sauce. Our Smoked Bloody Mary Mix and Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce combine forces for a topping that will take your rib-eyes to the next level.

1 1/2 Cup | Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce |
1 Cup | Traeger Smoked Bloody Mary Mix |

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal results, set to 500℉ if available.

Pat steaks dry and season with kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Chill uncovered, up to an hour before grilling. Pull steaks, and let sit to get up to room temperature.

Place steaks directly on the grill grate and cook about 7-9 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 130℉.

Remove from the grill let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

For the Smoked Bloody Mary BBQ Sauce: Combine BBQ Sauce and Smoked Bloody Mary Mix in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook sauce for 10-15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and serve with steaks. Enjoy!
