1/2 Cup | raw cane sugar |
2 | star anise |
1 Whole | cinnamon stick |

When ready to cook, set the temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Cut the orange in half, place cut side down on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, until juicy. Remove from the grill.

In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange zest, sugar, star anise, and cinnamon stick. Squeeze the orange juice into the pan.

Place over medium heat and cook, allowing the berries to open up and the sauce to thicken about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from the heat, cool, and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
