Season each drumstick and let rest for 20 minutes.

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 275°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Hang the drumsticks on the leg hanger (alternatively, place directly on the grill grate flipping halfway through) and cook for 1 hour.

Remove the drumsticks from the hanger (or grate) and place in a pan.

Cover with foil and cook for 45 more minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees F.
