It's a warm bellied Italian classic, with layers of zesty sausage, oozing cheese and a flood of full-bodied smoke making this dish perfect for a traditional Sunday gathering.

1 Jar | Spaghetti Sauce |
1 Teaspoon | garlic, minced |
1 Pinch | red pepper flakes |
1 Pound | Italian Sausage, cooked |
To Taste | salt and pepper |
2 Cup | Mozzarella Cheese, Grated |
1/4 Cup | Parmesan cheese |

When ready to cook, set the temperature to High (450F) and preheat, lid closed (10 to 15 minutes).

In a large bowl, pour your spaghetti sauce over the cooked pasta, add garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss. Fold the sausage into the pasta mixture.

Coat a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour half of the pasta mixture into your prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella. Pour remaining pasta into the dish, smooth out the top and add the remaining mozzarella.

Bake in Traeger until cheese is golden brown and bubbly, about 20 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
