Make it a triple. Beef patties are stuffed with three different cheeses and topped with double the bacon for a burger you'll melt for.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place bacon strips directly on grill grate and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until rendered and crispy but not burnt. Remove from grill and set aside.

Turn grill up to High and preheat lid closed, for 10 minutes.

Mix the ground beef, ground bacon, salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Form the mixture into 8 equal-size balls.

Press the 3 different types of cheese cubes into the center of each ball and cover completely with meat. Form the balls into hamburger patties, about 1/4" thick. Grill burgers until desired doneness and remove from grill.

Toast buns on grill for 1 minute. Place burgers on buns and top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickle, and bacon strips. Top with your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
