Not much beats crab legs and these wood-fired legs are smokin'. Fresh crab legs are doused in an herb garlic butter, grilled and served with fresh lemons for the ultimate take on this seafood favorite.

When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place the butter, garlic, herbs, and a pinch of salt into a small cast iron sauce pan. Place on grill for 5 minutes to melt. Remove from grill and stir.

If using king crab legs, split down the center and pour herb butter over meat reserving a quarter for serving. If using crab clusters, toss clusters with herb butter in a large mixing bowl reserving a quarter for serving.

Place crab legs directly on the grill grate, meat side up. Grill for 5 to 10 minutes or until hot and beginning to develop a little char on the shell.
