1/2 Teaspoon | baking soda |
1/2 Teaspoon | salt |
1 Teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
1/4 Teaspoon | ground nutmeg |
1/2 Teaspoon | pumpkin pie spice |
1/2 Teaspoon | ground ginger |
1/2 Cup | butter |
1 Cup | sugar |
1 Cup | Pumpkin, canned |
1 | eggs |
1 Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
2 Cup | Chocolate Chips |
Step 1
When ready to cook, start the Traeger according to grill instructions. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, and ginger and set aside.

Step 3
In another bowl, beat the butter until it's light and fluffy. Add sugar, pumpkin puree, egg and vanilla, mix well.

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop spoonful amounts of dough onto a parchment covered baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for about 10 minutes on the Traeger or until cookies are lightly browned. Serve warm. Enjoy!
