A drink so rich, it could double as dessert. Smoked nutmeg, pumpkin puree, smoked syrup and a little bourbon makes for the perfect cold weather pour.

1 1/2 Teaspoon | pumpkin puree |
1/2 Ounce | Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup |
1 Large | egg |

Smoked nutmeg: When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 180℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Place whole nutmeg on a sheet tray and place in the grill. Smoke 1 hour. Remove from grill and let cool.

Add everything to a shaker and shake without ice. Add ice, then shake and strain into a chilled highball glass.

Garnish with grated, smoked nutmeg. Enjoy!
