Sticky & sweet like an 80's hair band, these chipolte wings hit the mark with an irresistible spicy, sweet, & tangy glaze.

As Needed | Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub |
As Needed | Traeger Sweet Rub |
3 Can | Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce |
4 Tablespoon | Butter, unsalted |
1 Tablespoon | honey |
2 Tablespoon | fresh squeezed lime juice |
To Taste | avocado crema |
To Taste | blue cheese or ranch dressing |
As Needed | lime, cut into wedges |

When read to cook, set temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Spread the chicken flats and drumettes out on a baking sheet and season them lightly on both sides with a combination of the Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub and the Sweet Rub.

Place the chicken wings on the grill grate and cook for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the butter and chipotles into a saucepan and melt the butter over low heat.

After the butter has melted, puree the mixture in a blender or using an immersion blender. Whisk in the honey and lime juice. (Add more honey or lime to taste).

Once the wings are cooked-through, transfer them to a bowl and toss with the chipotle honey-lime glaze.

Serve the wings with avocado crema, ranch, or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
