Trust us when we say that this is a wood-fired cocktail like no other. Grilled orange juice, Traeger BBQ sauce, lemon, honey, bourbon and beer come together to get your next party started right.

2 Ounce | lemon juice |
1/2 Ounce | honey |
4 Ounce | whiskey or bourbon |

When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature 500℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Place orange halves cut-side down and orange slices directly on the grill grate and cook 15 to 20 minutes for halves and about 10 minutes for slices, until grill marks develop. Reserve slices for garnish.

Once halves are cool enough to handle, juice and reserve.

Mix 1 ounce Traeger 'Que BBQ Sauce with 1 ounce water and set aside.

Fill two pint glasses with ice. Pour 1 ounce lemon juice in each, followed by 1/4 ounce honey, 2 ounces grilled orange juice, 2 ounces bourbon, 1 ounce BBQ sauce water mixture and stir well.

Top off each cocktail with 6 ounces beer and a grilled orange slice. Enjoy!
