Four ingredients and 30 minutes are all you need to get these weeknight pork chops on the table. When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 375°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.

Pat the chops very dry with a paper towel. Season on all sides with the salt and pepper.

Insert the probe horizontally into the thickest part of a pork chop. Place the chops directly on the lowest grill grate. Close the lid and cook until the internal temperature reaches 110°F, 12-15 minutes. Flip the chops and brush the top and sides with the Liquid Gold BBQ Sauce. Close the lid and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 135°F, 8-10 minutes more. Flip the chops once more, brush the top and sides with more Liquid Gold BBQ Sauce, and grill until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, another 5-7 minutes.

Remove the pork chops from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
