2 Pound | Bacon, Uncooked, Chopped |
2 | red bell pepper, diced |
2 | green bell pepper, diced |
2 Ounce | Traeger Big Game Rub |

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Mix together pork, venison, bacon, and peppers in a large bowl.

2 Pound ground pork
2 Pound Venison, ground
2 Pound Bacon, Uncooked, Chopped
2 red bell pepper, diced
2 green bell pepper, diced
Step 3
Form meat mixture into individual patties and season with Realtree Big Game rub.

Grill burgers for 5-8 minutes. Flip them and grill another 5-8 minutes.
