Ditch the cheddar and dance on the wild side with pimento. These burgers ooze unbeatable flavor.

1/3 Cup | cream cheese |
2 Tablespoon | mayonnaise |
1/2 Cup | Pimento Peppers |
1 Pinch | kosher salt |
1 Pound | ground beef |
To Taste | salt |
To Taste | black pepper |

Combine all ingredients for pimento cheese and mix.

When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Build burger patties and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Place patties on grill and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add 2 Tbsp of cheese mixture and continue to cook until cheese is melted and when a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the burger reads 160℉.

Toast buns directly on the grill grate for 1 minute.

Build burger and top with romaine lettuce and tomato if desired. Enjoy!
